Cancellation

No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made up to one day before your reservation date.

Online reservations are accepted until 5:00 PM on the day before your reservation.

Please arrive at KAWAII TOKYO at your reserved time.
Our staff will assist you with kimono selection, explain the rental process, and help you prepare for your experience.
The estimated time from arrival to departure is approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour.
The actual time may vary depending on the number of guests and daily conditions.

Please return your kimono by 5:00 PM on the rental day. Next-day return by 3:00 PM is available at no extra charge if requested upon arrival; advance request during booking is not required.
If the next day is a store holiday, please return the item to Tsukiji Ihachi New Store or on our next business day. Specific return locations and deadlines will be confirmed when you visit.
Mail returns are also accepted: please ship the items on the following day with shipping costs prepaid.
Note on Deposit: For plans of 30,000 yen or more, a deposit equal to half the rental fee will be held upon visit and refunded/canceled once the returned item is received (either in-store or by mail).
