STEP 01. Reservation

First, please select your desired date and time and make a reservation using the reservation form on the official website.

Please select your preferred date and time and make a reservation through the official KAWAII TOKYO reservation form.
Online reservations are available 24 hours a day.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us by email or WhatsApp.
Same-day kimono and yukata rental reservations are available depending on availability. Please contact us in advance.

Reservation Notes

Cancellation: No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made up to one day before your reservation date.
Online reservations: Online reservations are accepted until 5:00 PM on the day before your reservation.
Travel time: Travel time may vary depending on traffic conditions.
Estimated travel time: approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.

Please arrive at KAWAII TOKYO at your reserved time.
Our staff will assist you with kimono selection, explain the rental process, and help you prepare for your experience.
The estimated time from arrival to departure is approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour.
The actual time may vary depending on the number of guests and daily conditions.

For your convenience, we also offer a mail return service, allowing you to enjoy your day in Tokyo more freely.

FAQ

You can use the facility on the day without making a reservation. However, we recommend making a reservation in advance as it is expected to be crowded on holidays and during peak tourist seasons. Reservations made through the official website can be changed or canceled up until 5:00 PM the day before. If you make a reservation through another company's website, please check the terms and conditions of that website.

The final check-in time is 7:00 PM, and the final return time is 9:00 PM. If you return the car late, an additional fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for the first hour, and 1,000 yen for each additional hour thereafter. *Prices are in Japanese yen.

Generally, items are returned on the same day. If you would like to return the item the next day, please contact the store in advance.

We are located near the Namba and Dotonbori areas. You can also just come to visit us.
We do not arrange taxis, but there is a taxi stand in front of the store.

It usually takes about 30 to 60 minutes from reception to completion of dressing.
This may vary depending on the number of attendees and whether or not you have your hair styled.

Generally, you can come empty-handed. All accessories are included in the plan.
Please wear innerwear appropriate for the season. We recommend sweat-wicking, quick-drying clothing in summer and warm clothing in winter.

Yes, our professional staff will help you dress up. We also offer hair styling, so please make a reservation for a plan that includes hair styling.

We can store all luggage except valuables.
Hand-baggage-sized items are accepted free of charge,
but there is a 1,100 yen charge for carry-on bags and strollers.
Please keep only your most important valuables with you.

The tour can be enjoyed even in rainy weather. Please note that your hems and sandals may get dirty. Cancellations will follow the standard cancellation policy.
